Privacy policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Frametell (frametell.ai) is made by Sitor AI (“we”, “us”). This policy says what we collect when you use the website and the Frametell Cloud studio, why, who else handles it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

  • Your account: your email address, and your password (stored only as a hash by our sign-in provider). If you sign in with Google, the email and name Google shares with us.
  • What you make: the ideas, documents, slides, notes and images you give the studio, the scripts, storyboards, voices, pages and videos made from them, your styles and brand kits, and what you choose to publish to the community.
  • Payments: your plan, what you bought and when. Card and Alipay details are entered on Stripe’s page and stay with Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
  • Use of the service: the days you use the studio, the pages you open there and the choices you make before a film starts (its length, language, voice and style, and whether it started; never what you type), the films you start and export, the credits each step uses, and errors. Your IP address, which we use to limit how many accounts a network can open each day and to stop abuse.
  • Where you came from: when you first visit, your browser keeps the page you landed on, the site that sent you (its name only), utm_ tags, and an ad click’s ID (gclid, gbraid or wbraid). After you sign in, it sends this to us once, so we can tell which ads bring people who actually use Frametell.
  • Messages you send us, for example to contact@sitor.ai.

How we use it

  • To run the studio and make your films: your material is sent to the AI providers below to write, voice and draw them.
  • To keep your account, your credits and your billing correct.
  • To keep the service safe: to stop abuse, spam and accounts made in bulk.
  • To understand and improve Frametell, using counts such as sign-ups, daily users, films made and retention.
  • To measure our advertising (below).
  • To email you about your account, your films and your payments. We don’t send marketing email unless you ask for it.

We don’t use your materials or your films to train AI models.

Who else handles your data

We use these providers to run Frametell. Each handles only what its job needs, on our behalf:

  • Supabase: accounts, sign-in and the database.
  • Vercel: the website, and Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless page counts, page path only).
  • Fly.io: the studio’s servers. Cloudflare: file storage and video rendering. Modal: video rendering on GPUs. Upstash: short-lived caches.
  • Anthropic and DeepSeek: the language models that write and draw your films. ElevenLabs and Volcengine: the voices.
  • Stripe: payments. Resend: email. Intercom: the chat inside the studio (your messages, your email, your account id, plan and credits, so we can answer).
  • Google: advertising measurement (below), and Google sign-in if you use it.

Films and styles you publish to the community can be seen by anyone. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. If Sitor AI is merged or sold, your data would go with the service under this policy. We don’t sell your personal information.

Cookies, local storage and advertising

  • Needed to work: your sign-in session and your language choice are kept in your browser’s local storage.
  • Where you came from (above) is kept in local storage until you sign in.
  • Google Ads: on frametell.ai we use Google’s tag (gtag.js). It sets cookies such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw so that Google can tell us when a visit from one of our ads leads to a sign-up, a finished film or a purchase. Google may also use it to measure and personalize ads. We send Google the page’s address without its query string (only an ad’s own parameters) so your typed ideas and sign-in links never reach Google. When you create an account, the tag also sends your email in a hashed form (enhanced conversions) so the sign-up can be matched to the ad.
  • You can turn off ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, block or delete cookies in your browser, or use an ad blocker. Frametell keeps working without these cookies.

Some laws call letting an ad network measure or personalize ads “sharing” or “targeted advertising”. To opt out of this for your account, write to contact@sitor.ai and use the settings above.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, materials and films while your account is open. When you delete a film, it is deleted. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, materials, films and styles within 30 days, apart from billing records, which we keep as long as tax and accounting law requires. Logs and backups roll off within a short time after that.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it or your account, or to stop a use of it. Write to contact@sitor.ai from your account’s email address, and we’ll answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Security and where data is kept

Connections are encrypted, files are kept in private storage and opened through short-lived signed links, and only the service reads your data. Our providers keep data mainly in the United States, and also in other countries where they operate.

Children

Frametell is not for children under 13, or under 16 in the EU and UK. We don’t knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, write to us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

When we change this policy we update it here and change the date above. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the studio or by email.
